FAQ
About the Maps
What is a Climbfinity Cycling Scratch Map?
Climbfinity Maps are uniquely crafted maps for cyclists to plan, track, and celebrate their achievements. Each map highlights 100 iconic, hand-picked climbs in a specific country, letting you scratch them off as you conquer them!
How do the scratch maps work?
It's a simple, rewarding process: Use the map to Find your next iconic climb, Ride the route, then Scratch off the corresponding area to reveal vibrant colors. You can track individual ascents, regional sub-challenges (scratch-off jerseys!), and even progress on mountain passes above certain altitudes.
What kind of climbs are included?
Our French, Italian, and Spanish maps feature curated classics, Grand Tour climbs, and hidden gems known for their beauty and history. The Swiss map lists all road bike accessible mountain passes above 1000m. All maps promise exciting challenges and breathtaking scenery!
What makes Climbfinity maps unique?
More than just a map, Climbfinity offers a tangible way to shape and celebrate your cycling journey. It's a constant motivator, a visual tracker of your progress, and a beautiful piece of art for your home, inspiring new adventures and creating lasting memories.
Which countries are available?
We currently offer maps for France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. We're always working to expand our collection with more iconic climbs! Write us at info@climbfinity.com, to suggest the next maps to be included in our collection.
Have the maps been updated?
Yes! Our Swiss 100 Passes Challenge map has been significantly improved. The current version (version 2, June 2025) boasts an enhanced design, higher print quality, lamination, and comes in a premium branded box. We're confident you'll love this refined map for your climbing journey!
Are there really exactly 100 passes above 1000m in Switzerland?
While around 90 strictly meet the criteria of being above 1000 m, fully paved on both sides and within Switzerland’s borders, we've expanded the challenge to include fantastic climbs like Col du Crans Montana (not a pass strictly speaking), Kunkelspass, and Gestellenpass. These offer minor, easily manageable gravel sections, ensuring they're still perfect for road bikes and enriching your adventure!
