At Climbfinity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, or you might simply change your mind. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, complying with both Swiss and European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
For Customers in the European Union (EU) and Switzerland:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain types of goods. However, for the products we sell, the right of withdrawal generally applies.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your scratch map arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@climbfinity.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include offering a replacement, repair, or a full refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect where possible.
4. How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Inform us of your intent to return within the 14-day withdrawal period (or immediately for damaged/defective items) using the contact details provided in Section 1.

Package the Item Securely: Ensure the scratch map is returned in its original packaging (if possible) and adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

Include Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with the returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence of you having sent them).
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet,first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@climbfinity.com.
